I am an incoming freshman who will be attending in an instate university. I am hoping to reapply to the University of Michigan as a fall 2020 transfer applicant. I know the main reason I have faced rejection is largely in fact due to the below par stats that I possess due to the rigor of my high school, (3.94/5, and 1200 SAT, 25 ACT). I know that one semester of college coursework is not enough to completely disregard high school statistics, however, I was just wondering if by any chance I did receive a 4.0 with extracurriculars my first semester, would it be the slightest bit possible I could get in to some of my transfer schools? Please let me know your thoughts.
