HS Course Load

I wouldn't be doing additional courses on line (unless they are in the summer) because regular school is enough to deal with and then to have to deal with online courses, its suicide. I've tried to put this in a nice subtle way for you in past posts, but clearly it's not sinking in, so let me spell it out for you. YOU ARE AN EIGHTH GRADER, YOU HAVE NO IDEA HOW IN OVER YOUR HEAD YOU'D BE WITH A COURSE LOAD LIKE THAT. YOU NEED TO WAIT UNTIL YOU'VE EXPERIENCED THE AP PROGRAM FIRST HAND. MAKING THESE KIND OF PLANS WHILE YOU'RE IN MIDDLE SCHOOL STILL IS INSANE AND UNNECESSARY.

Try not to plan it so early. You will definitely change your mind or be disappointed due to conflicts. Just go with the flow of your current interests.

Dear lord. This is ridiculous. Come back in 3 or 4 years. Also, there is no way you should even try to set classes. Intersts will change, conflicts will come up, and you will have far too mich homework to do anything fun. and almost 3k posts is ridiculous. especially as an 8th grader.

Most of what you have is good, but attempting to take both French and Spanish Literature concurrently will prove very difficult. At least with the Language classes there is not as high a volume of reading. Your senior year would be overloaded with reading, unless the AP English is in composition.

Jonothan1, ok so it is funny cause I also projected what I was gonna take all through high school when I was in eighth grade. I think it is cool that you are planning ahead. Basically just be open to the possibility that things do change and that ur schedule might not be EXACTLY as planned. But don't worry, I think that with the plan that u have now ur gonna get into a great college.

thanks .
