HS Grading System

I don't know about most of other schools' grading sytem but at my international school, we have pretty strict grading system:
A+ : 99-100
A : 96-98
A- : 94-95
B+ : 92-93
B : 86-91
B- : 84-85
~ and so forth

My question is: will colleges this as a positive note? or will they just not even consider my school's grading system?

Thanks in advance.

That's definitely tougher than most US grading systems, where a 90 - 92 is an A-. I would assume your grading system is clarified on your school's transcripts or in cover info sent by your guidance dept? I'd ask them exactly what they send out.

Thanks, Lafalum. I think my GC does attach the grading system on the transcript (according to my friends who graduated). Do you think this will impress the Adcoms? (I have above average UW GPA, if it helps)

That has got to be the hardest grading system I've seen.
Everyone in my school would be killed, since so many of us get the bare minimum for an A- (89.5).
Haha, we'd all be screwed.
I would be screwed.
Instead of my 4.0, I would have ... 3 or 4 A's and 2 or 3 B's.

Haha, yeah. Every students in my school is always complaining about this grading system. But I think it's because my school is a private school.
