HS junior's chances at UVA, Cornell, Wash. & Lee... etc.?

I'm a junior in high school at a respected public school in southwest Virginia. I'm interested in going to UVA, Washington and Lee, Cornell, Univ. of Richmond, or Elon. My brother goes to UVA, so that should help with admissions there. I'm just wondering which of these, or other schools, do you all think would be a good match.

I've only taken the PSATs once, as a sophomore, but here are my scores:

Critical Reading: 690
Math: 610
Writing: 590

I'm taking a SAT prep course, so hopefully they will continue to go up.

Also, this year I'm taking AP English, Dual History, Precalc, Spanish 3, Chemistry, and am in a specialty center for visual arts (which provides 2 weighted credits). So far I have A's in all of these, and predict that it will stay that way. I'd say at worst, I could get a B in one class.

As OCD as this sounds, I have a spreadsheet that I use to determines what my GPA will be after senior year, and it looks like it will range from 4.05-4.2

I'm also a cheerleader, president and co-founder of the environmental club, member of our school's spirit club, I volunteer as a 4-h camp counselor, volunteer with meals on wheels and tutoring, was previously on the state champion volleyball team, and am in the top 10% of my grade. The specialty art program I'm in should also look pretty good on applications.

I'm guessing Cornell is definitely a reach, Elon is a safety, and the others are (hopefully) a match, but I'd really appreciate other's opinions. Thanks!

Also, if anyone has any advice about what will help me get to these schools, that would be greatly appreciated!

Cornell: BIG REJECT

your SAT scores (if they come out like your PSAT) are much lower than most applicants to cornell.

and also, your ECS arent really spectatcular as to separate you as being unique from the hoard of excellent applicants

Your GPA is nice, but you can totally still make it into UVa with a higher SAT. That SAT is seriously too low. ECs are average, and nothing spectacular, so Cornell is a big reach.
