If, as a high school senior, I drop science completely (because I have enough science credits to graduate), would colleges frown upon it?

In the case that I do drop science, my schedule would be:

Honors English
Government
AP Math
Double period of elective class

What schools are you aiming for?

Columbia University, NYU

Have you taken a year of physics, chemistry, and biology as well as an advanced class in one of the three?

Your senior schedule looks quite light for highly selective schools without a science or another AP class in the mix.

The absence of a foreign language class may also be an issue in your application to selective colleges. If you’ve already taken one language through the equivalent of 4 years then ignore my comment.
