The stress of applying is finally over but now I have another huge choice to make. I've been accepted into Penn state u park for engineering and Virginia tech for engineering, my top two choices. It's getting close to the point of making a decision. I have already visited Penn state and liked the atmosphere, but it might be too big for me. I took a general tour at vt this summer and absolutely loved it. I'm taking the accepted students tour on the weekend of April 8/9 to get some more info about the engineering program. I am a Pennsylvania resident so Penn state is cheaper (but who knows now since the governer wants to raise tuition) but that is besides the point. I would appreciate any information about either school and the quality of their programs. At the moment I'm leaning towards mechE or aerospace, but I know this can easily change.
