hey guys. i'm in a huge dilemma (i'm sure like many many others here) choosing between two schools: UMKC's 6 year medical program or Boston University regular undergrad.

i'm certain everyone knows the pros and cons to a regular school and to an accelerated school, but here's what i want to know:

there two main sides to this agruement: one side states that the accelerated programs are the best because you are actually gauranteed admission and it's stress free.
the other side says that undergrad is the way to go because of the college experience.

i feel that umkc's 6 year program does not provide for a very good college experience, and one must work really hard to get into a good residency, BUT no stress in applying to a medical school or taking MCATS.
however, BU has the college experience, and if i work as hard as if i would have gone to UMKC at BU, then i could get into a decent med school and good residency, right? but what's the guarantee i'll get into med school.

any help/advice/personal experience would be great!
