Huge interest in UCD! Would I get in?

<p>Hello, I will be a senior in high school this year and my #1 college choice would have to be UC Davis. I know this is all a bunch of nonsense but I was just wondering what my chances are…</p>

<p>As of right now I am undecided about a major, but anything biology fascinates me. I will also be visiting the campus this month :slight_smile: Thanks for any help you are able to give. I am open to any comments and suggestions.</p>

GPA unweighted:3.8…GPA weighted: 4.3
SAT is very low…1630 (i was surprised and depressed but I will retake it, hoping for somewhere in the 1750’s)
ACT is 24, also will retake it.
Class rank is top 10%</p>

<p>Boost that SAT/ACT number, write solid essays and you'll have a good shot.</p>

<p>What's your UC GPA? If it's anywhere above 4.0, you could probably get in with your current test scores.</p>

<p>Yeah, it really shouldn't be a problem, even with that SAT score. Try to raise it, of course, but if not you should still get in.</p>
