Huge mess up

I was recently accepted into 3 schools, all of which I love. My starting senior grades was a 2.8 (I'm still trying to catch up from last year). This second trimester (we work on trimesters) I've really REALLY worked, no slacking, I was hoping to at least raise my grades to the 3.0, and have been doing extra work in my classes and keeping up with everything. My only problem was in math and art, math because i'm about 6 months behind, and art because we had so much stuff going on that i was late on a couple assignments. However, I've just realized my 2nd trimester gpa is a 2.5! thats HORRIBLE, and I'm shock that after all the extra work I put in it dropped. Mostly due to math but still.

Anyway I was wondering how likely it is that those colleges will revoke their letters of admission, and how I should go about in trying to fix this (should I send the colleges letters of apology... etc, I have no idea)

I REALLY NEED INPUT ON THIS AND WOULD BE VERY THANKFUL FOR ANYONE'S ADVICE

It mostly depends on which schools they are

Talk to your college counselor. I tend to be optimistic about situations like these- hopefully they’ll understand senioritis.
