Hi!
I’ve been looking for humanities (preferably history)-related extracurricular activities to do before application season starts, to see if I can strengthen my nearly EC-less curriculum. Seeing as I’m an international student, most school-related activities are off the table, especially when it comes to clubs.
Still, I’ve already thought up a few activities and I’d love to hear any suggestions you may have.
Things that interest you. Forget your major
History and the humanities in general interest me.
By this I mean if you want a job get a job. If you want to work in a museum, do that. Walk dogs? Do that. Help in a shelter or hospital ? Ok.
Get involved. What In? That’s up to you.
It needn’t be in an area of study interest per se. It should be something that you can do, enjoy, and hopefully make an impact.
