Hello
I am torn between which school I should transfer to from SUNY Buffalo.
Originally I chose Buffalo because it seemed amazing, however, I believe that the campus isnt exactly as small as I hoped and it is extremely far from home which is hard for visiting friends or family.
I like Hunter College because I have been to the city before and love it to death. However, I hear it is largely a commuter school and since there is no central campus people get very depressed. If I went here I would study Health or Nursing.
I like Albany because many family members went/are going there, they have a gorgeous campus, and it has a Volunteer Ambulance service (something I love participating in!). However, I know it is largely party school and some of kids there are poor influences. If I went here I would study Public Health or Physician Assistant track.
I like SUNY New Paltz because its proximity of home (not too close but not too far). I also love the relaxed vibes it gives off and the kindness of students. It also has great programs. However, I do know it isn’t too well known for its education (as far as I’m concerned) and it may not have too much to do around it. If I went here I would study Adolescent Education (earth science or biology).
Thanks!
Andrew
