Hi guys I know it’s late but I need help I’m between two colleges ONE is Hunter the other is University at buffalo I’m going for the Premed track and it’s so conflicting which school to choose I want to dorm and experience the fabled “college life” but hunter is a commuter school with limited dorming , But I’m worried that at buffalo that the quality of education would be lower then hunter so SOS please help me decide
If you can afford U Buff, I would say go for it. If you can’t, go to Hunter but you might not get a dorm unless you’re Macauley. They used to have dorms for the nursing students but that was 40 years ago that I had friends there. I don’t believe the quality of education would be lower at UBuff. I know many bright, successful people who went there, including one who graduated, went to law school for 2 years and then switched to med school.
See U Buff I can’t really afford unless I take out loans while Hunter I can since family is kicking me out when I turn 18. I don’t really have much of a choice when it comes to these things I have been accepted at Boston university but since I can’t afford it I can’t go
Go to Hunter. As I said above, I had the same issues. I was even accepted to BU, like you, and couldn’t go. Although my parents didn’t kick me out, they did charge me rent and room and board to stay in my childhood room. I went to Lehman and became a lawyer. You will do fine at Hunter.
