I’m glad I’m not competing against you. Your application looks extremely solid. Do tell me how it goes (in December, when results come out)!

your application scared me… but I know other Chinese applicants with stats as strong as yours, who also applied to Huntsman ED. I think you yourself know the competitiveness of the Chinese pool.

I’m looking forward to be Tong Xue with you!

looking at your ECs and general package, you are really competitive. you could do with better standardized scores though, but otherwise you look great!

out of curiousity
are you a guy or girl?

Nice! I am applying to Huntsman too! Good luck to you! Only a few days left to go

What do you wish me to be?

uhh idk? -___-;;

what are you? >.<

Guy…

Surprised? Or not?

lol iono if i’m surprised

when i was reading it, at first i assumed you were a girl, and i was like…oh **** a girl with better amc/aime score applying to huntsman. >.<

and then i was like. i hope it’s a guy. lol <_<

…

I assume you are a girl then…

Well I’m ABC, so I’m aware of the challenging schools in Asia. Your test scores are excellent, whoever said otherwise clearly doesn’t have any understanding that English isn’t your first lanuage. I’m a little confused why you chose to list so many middle-school achievements though. It’s possible I’m misunderstanding what you mean by “Harbin No.3 Middle School”. If they aren’t really “middle-school” achievements, I really hope you made that distinction in the application.

Overall, decent. Chance wise, it’s going to be extremely low, just like everyone else.

Good luck.

lol “middle-school” is synonymic to high school in the states.

The actual middle school is “junior middle”, right Luchen?

■■■■… that’s the only thing that comes to mind right now…
thank god i’m not applying to the Huntsman programm… otherwise i’m screwed for sure hehe (i never really quite get the whole programms thing) hmmm isn’t it just uni/college in general? damn i gotta do my hw on upenn

Right, Junior Middle School is actually middle school. The official translation is “Middle School” for our high school. I hate to say this, but all the official translations on the school documents are crap…

yeah. i’m an abc chinese female who lived in china for part of elementary school

well
4 days.

4 days…I have a feeling of “defer”…which will definitely make me after ED II…thought they’d put me back into the pool…
