Huntsman-ers/ites (?) only!

wait, so someone on the 1st page said that they care about how much u actually want huntsman. how can u show them, besides ur essay that is? I mean should u call them?

Really wanna go to Huntsman! I thought I had a really good Huntsman essay (if anyone wants to take a gander).

weren't u the one who said that his/her Pton essay was so amazing? and then everyone gave u a hard time?

"SAT I: 750 M 710 CR 740 W (I know, low)"
Omg, a 2200, wow...that is low. (sorry, I just had to comment)
A friend got into Huntsman last year with a 1850, but he did amazing on IB. He got 7/7 on almost everything.

nah, pearfire, dont think that was me (maybe you're talking about my Why Penn? I didn't think it was AMAZING, I just thought I liked it a lot). but yeah, my 2200 is low, but i think they'll ignore that in favor of the 34 on the ACT. My AP scores aren't half bad (5's on English, Bio, APUSH, 4 on WHAP, HGAP). After a certain point, I think they concnetrate on EC's more than anything.

I don't think 2200 is really low, prob average, but not quite low yet. About juggie's friend: I don't really think he got in because of his IB. It is a lot harder and doing well on it is tough, but there are lots of hard examinations and many ppl who still score perfectly on them. Maybe he just had amazing ECs or a great essay which conveyed his passion?

u applying to huntsman pearfire? how bout people who applied to huntsman this year post stats!

guess there aren't many people applying this year on CC...

I applied to Huntsman early and was deferred. By the way, does anyone know how many people were accepted early to Huntsman and how many spots are left?

post stats zach, wait, deferred from huntsman? or rejected and deferred to wharton?

Wow, you Huntsman ppl all have amazing stats..I think I'm applying ED next year. I have good stats overall but I'm not very good at math..will Huntsman care a lot about that?

www.upenn.edu/huntsman

yeah i think they will, try to do really well on your Math IIC. You have to be able to get into Wharton first to have a shot at Huntsman (business majors need math skills)

hey what's this i keep hearing about an oral test? they administer it to every huntsman applicant? or just ones that got in? when do they administer it?

ok well i can do fine on the standarized tests for math..like around 800
its jsut that i havent entered any math competitions..is that ok

you don't need to...just show some passion. around 800? dang. confident are we?
