<p>Will having an unpopular target language like arabic (not of arabic decent as well) increase your chances over a popluar language like Spanish when applying to the program?</p>

<p>well about your first question, i asked a director of the program that same question, and she said that, rather than making admissions decisions by ethnicity, they have language quotas. so yes, unpopular languages help</p>
