I'm not sure if this will effect much, but the weather might be a bit crazy, I'm guessing. Thoughts? Suggestions on what to bring ahead of time? I live in a desert where we get literally NO rain, so wondering if an umbrella will suffice.

In general for next year a rain coat and umbrella should suffice. However, don’t worry about Bill. It’s passing over the MA area this evening and isn’t even expected do much but bring some large waves and a little rain. Move-in day isn’t till Thursday, so Bill won’t affect move-in.

^ I agree

Bill is not a problem.

That’s good. ;D I’m leaving on Monday, so I was wondering if there was going to be a problem! Thanks for the answers!

Silversuz if you are a girl you should know that rainboots are a must ![]()
and are very useful for the mushy ground you will encounter.

You will find many cool designs online from Target etc. around ~$15-20.
If it is too late to get it delivered to your home have it delivered to your
yard mail center address.

Umbrellas may not do you much good. An ultra-light waterproof jacket would be
quite helpful for either gender.

Thanks, Synth ;D

I’m going to buy rainboots once I get to Cambridge (I live in CA, so it’s hard to lug everything across the country) and have already gotten a nice waterproof, long jacket. It’s too late to get them to my house, but I’m sure that there will be nice prices at Boston, too.

Thanks for the answer!
