<p>We're driving up to Philly from Virginia on Saturday and my family's driving back on Sunday. Two questions... 1) Driving on Saturday should be safeish, yes? 2) Would it be better for my family to stay an extra night or should driving on Sunday night be OK?</p>

<p>I’ve heard that the hurricane is supposed to hit the NYC areas in the very early hours of Sunday…so maybe Saturday would probably be ok to drive in but you’re definitely getting hit all day Sunday.</p>
<p>We are in California and are watching the weather…we fly in on Saturday…move in (for now) is Sunday. It’s possible move ins may be moved (but maybe you’re off campus)…so keep an eye out for that. They may delay the start of Pennquest…due to arrivals…weather on Monday is supposed to be great.</p>

<p>Wait wasn’t move-in day Sept 1st? Can someone please clarify lol I’m confused.</p>
<p>^ EARLY move-in was scheduled for Sunday, August 28th (now postponed to Monday, August 29th).</p>
<p>^ Oh ok, so if we’re moving in on the regular date (which is Sept 1st right?) we have nothing to worry about?</p>
<p>^ Yeah, you’re completely fine! Weather should actually be pretty nice on September 1. I’m actually going to move-in tomorrow and then shack up in a hotel room with my family until Monday haha, so everything worked out!</p>
<p>We are here at hotel…it’s Sunday. Son may move in today…we’ll see. Stormy last night…not windy today…</p>
