Hurting my chances for wharton?

So basically I have taken the act 3 times but the first time I did REALLY horrible because I was really sick and therefore got a much lower score. On the second one I got my highest - c 33, math - 35, english -33, science- 33, reading - 32
But on the third one because my state doesn't offer writing on the state mandated one, I didn't really try and I got a 31 and surprisingly my math dropped a lot on this one to a 29 and I was extremely disappointed and honestly pretty confused as to how I let that happen.

Either way, many of the schools I want to apply to want me to send in all my scores. One of those schools being Wharton, it's obvious your math scores play a large part in admission (I have gotten A's in all my honors math classes)

The question now is, if I don't want schools who want all my scores to see those bad scores, can I delete them? I've heard if you delete them and they aren't on your high school transcript, then the college has no idea if you took them or not.
So can/should I delete them because I think they really hurt my chances into getting into a school like Wharton.

Please help!!
