I-20 form request DOUBT!!

Hello, I´m an incoming international freshmen at UCSD and I have a doubt on which document send to request the I-20 form.

I want to use my brother-in-law company bank account which has 70 thousand dollars in savings. So I´m thinking to ask the company lawyer to write an document signed by the owner (my brother-in-law) stating that the company will pay for my studies during the entire length of studies at UCSD along with a bank letter confirming that the company has an amount equivalent or superior to 70 thousand dollars in savings.

What do you guys think, is that enough to get the I-20 form and visa?

Don’t forget to attach a copy of your acceptance letter to UCSD.
