Sat is quite low, but based on your gpa and rank you should easily get into northeastern, and very likely get into BU, and probably Brandis, but BC may be a stretch unless you get your sat up.

chance me please:

Hello my fellow indian :D… you have good shots at Boston University and Northeastern, Brandeis is a high match and BC is definitely a reach but if you can get your ACT to at least a 31 or more you should have a good chance at all schools!

freshman class profiles at Northeastern and BU are the same. Your SAT score puts you in the bottom 25% of admitted students at both schools. You have a chance but unlike golfnd’s advice, you are not easily adnitted to Northeastern.

yeah, isnt northeastern’s acceptance rate like 20% less than BU? im assuming thats why you said that

Northeastern’s acceptance rate is 38%, BU’s is 58%. Part of the reason is because applicants think of Northeastern as a safety school for BU, which it is not. They are essentially equal in SAT/ACT, GPA etc. for the freshman class.

i would certainly not mind either school. also, i got a copy of my transcript today. my class rank is exactly 8/486

heres the whole transcript if it helps:

Boston College is a reach as of now but if you get your SAT up to a 2000+ or a 2100 even you would have a decent shot. your honors are impressive, as is your courseload and class rank. ECs could be a weaker spot but like i said your awards are solid.

Chance me back please!!
my thread is called “Hopefully I’ll get more feedback this time…:)”

ok ill look for it
