You can go to medical school in Mexico and then practice here. My sister has a friend who did exactly that. She is a doctor here, a lot of her clients are Spanish speaking people. She must be successful because according to my sister she owns 5-6 houses.
Hopefully this gets to you OP but when I read your first post it was like I was talking to myself. I graduated with a degree in Mechatronics and I can tell you if you hated the school you will hate your life when you get the job. Sure it pays good but money is not everything you will learn. You need to be enthusiastic, and fulfilled about what you do to REALLY succeed. I toughed it out through school and when I got into the field I just hated it man. My dream when I grew up was to become an executive chef because I just love everything about it. I am going towards that now and will be quitting my engineering job soon. Good luck brotha.
As NeoDymium said, I hope you have back up plan. I don’t know how many years it takes to be a doctor where you are but it takes many many years here in the U.S. People who are involved in healthcare are passionate about healthcare and that is how they stick it out. There are a number of health/medical opportunities besides being a doctor that you should explore that take many less years. A physician’s assistant is one. Some start there and then go back to medical school later if they really love it. Physical Therapy is another option where you can have a solo practice and apply some of the physics you already know. Good luck.
Get out now. As Dr. Phil would say – The only thing worse then being in a field you hate for 2 years is to be in the field you hate for two years and one day.
