<p>Hello everyone, first post here. I joined the forum specifically so I could ask all of you what, if anything, can be done about the ACT bathroom policy. I know this isn't prep related, but bear with me.</p>
<p>Today my test was voided because I had to choose between clean pants and following the rules. I simply could not hold it in any longer. I really wanted to start a petition, or send an email, that might help change the break period policy. Students should have the option to use facilities in between each section, since each section is longer than those of the SAT.</p>
<p>Anyone have any thoughts, concerns, or experiences they'd be willing to share?</p>
<p>I believe you are allowed to go to the bathroom during breaks, no? I did today. Tip #1, dont drink too much liquid before the test.</p>

<p>I went to pee during the break after math. It wasn’t a problem for me.</p>
<p>there should be a 10 minute break between english and math. However, after english I had to go so and I suffered through math</p>
<p>Haha during our test they let like three people go to the bathroom and one person go get paper towels… I think it really just depends where you test at and if the follow the rules strictly or not.</p>

<p>It occurred to me last night that this could be a problem, so this morning I drank less water than I normally do and skipped drinking coffee until the afternoon.</p>
<p>You should be allowed to go to the bathroom during breaks…I don’t see why it’s a problem unless one you had to go during a testing session</p>
<p>Well, my group was given a 15 minute break to go wherever they wanted basically. My friends in another classroom weren’t allowed to go to the bathroom though. I guess it depends more on your proctor.</p>
