I already submitted a few apps, but I just got in to NHS...

Is it worth contacting the schools I've already applied to with this nugget of information? I'm sorta thinking it's not, since people are always saying it doesn't really matter.

What do you think?

nhs sucks tru story

NHS is about as easy to get as an STD these days…

See, neither of those actually answered my question.

Could someone just say “yes, you should contact the schools” or “no, you shouldn’t” (which I fully expect to be the answer)?

no, you should contact the schools

u shouldn’t, NHS doesn’t really matter unless u have a position

Yeah, I agree. Don’t bother contacting them. First, you just got in, so you haven’t really done anything. Second, no position. Not worth the trouble.

I fail to see the harm in telling any college that you got into NHS. In many schools it is actually a coveted accomplishment.

^-- Yeah, there’s no harm. But he already sent out his applications, so there’s no point contacting all of them just to tell them this.
