<p>Hi, I am a biz-econ major in UCI and want to transfer UIUC or USC for accounting.</p>

<p>I know UIUC and USC are known for accounting so it will be very tough for me to transfer, but I am willing to try.</p>

<p>Is it even possible to transfer?
How should I prepare for it?</p>

<p>or should I just stay in UCI and minor in accounting.</p>

<p>either way, please help me how I can transfer</p>

<p>It depends. I know UCI does have a minor in accounting, but does it fulfill the accounting requirements for the state you want to practice in? Will you have 150 hours when you graduate? If not, you might as well stay at UCI and pick up a reputable Macc at a school where the Big 4 recruit (assuming that’s what you want to do) or where major corporations or the government recruit.</p>
