I am allowed to apply to ND via paper form application right?

<p>I am old fashioned and like to apply via paper applications. This is possible with ND right? Like I went on their website and obtained the PDF for the apps and printed the PDF pages out.</p>

<p>Now all I have to do is fill them out and mail them right?</p>

<p>I don't HAVE to do it online right?</p>

<p>Yes, you are correct. You may also request a paper application in the mail if you would like. If you plan on using the printed version make sure everything is there that you need.</p>
