I am almost despair

<p>Hello every one, I just submitted my transfer application via Universal College Application system. However, I made a mistake on the item:' Whether apply for FA?'. I chose 'Yes' by mistake. I am an Intl student from HongKong, China and I am not applying for aid, so that I can have a much better opportunity (Penn is not need blind to Int student). I asked Penn to fix it, but they just gave me an email address and told me to email the problems. So far I received no reply.......</p>

<p>Of course !!! they just gave me an email that no body replies!!!</p>

<p>Maybe find out who your adcom director is and talk to him/her directly?</p>

<p>Contact the head of International Admissions directly. Have you tried changing it on the Universal College Application?</p>
