i think some people are very walkward. like me. i hate my legs. i think thats why hallways are so awkward. i think if we all rode on wheelchairs then it wouldn’t be so bad.

^^Do you project an air of confidence? intimidation?

Also, I hate when people stop RIGHT IN THE MIDDLE OF THE HALLWAY. or walk at .00000000000000001 mph.

I do intimidate people. But not necessarily IRL.

I’m a pretty awkward person in general.

I think it’s especially awkward when you see your teachers in the hallway, and they try to strike a short conversation with you. And that whole waving/greeting thing is always an issue; the intricacies involved in such communication is too complicated.

A lot adults really like me though, probably because they think I’m so polite (and I am). Particularly middle aged women. I guess I’ll be set in a few decades.

^Or maybe you just attract cougars :]

A comforting thought…

better cougars than panthers…those are old men, btw

That’s true … kind of.

Not that the former is much appealing atm.

I am so awkward, too. My 10th grade PE (required class) was so awkward. At the end of the day, I would almost always have an “awkward PE story” to tell my friend who was in a different PE class.

Me too, again.

Any advice on how to be less awkward. And yes, too lazy to make a new thread.

I’m not sure how one can be classified as awkward?

When I had an interview in Acadeca, I could swear the judge was tearing up. I almost forgot what I was saying when I looked into his eyes.

^Was that an appeasing sign?

Maybe he was crying because his interview was so bad, so they were tears of pity?

It was an interview. And I think he was just spontaneously tearing up, which was distracting (and made me almost tear up).

^^Hahahahhahaha

I tear up when I think of sad things in the past…I also laugh when I think of funny things in the past.

I don’t think I’m awkward, but I feel like I’m awkward.

Oh yea. I tear up all the time in Math, when I’m feeling really bored.

Did you elaborate on something unfortunate or did you state something that could initiate an emotional effect?

If not, maybe he solely consumed some hot sauce or spicy food prior to the interview.
