<p>It is final that I will not accept the ED acceptance. My new issue is applying to schools by the January 1st deadline, or tomorrow.
I am from MD and I understand that I wont be able to get the ideal and necessary amount of money from a OOS school. However, I will still apply to UMDCP and UMBC as safeties.</p>
