None of the schools on your list is going to meet your ful need so please be prepared to have gaps (some large ones) in your financial aid package.

While CUNY is relatively inexpensive, you do not have the SAT scores to be accepted to any of the 4 year schools because you will not be remedial free in math.

You would be full pay as far as tuition is concerned and you either need to have someone here in NYC so that you could live with them or condsider the cost of renting an apartment ($$).

I would recommend that you research on [The National Center for Fair & Open Testing | FairTest](http://www.fairtest.org) to check out some of the SAT optional schools.

I would also advise you to consider taking the ACT as you may have better results. A little tutoring and retaking the SAT is also advised.

With a bit of a push, you could be in line for some merit $$ at Howard or Hampton
