Hi, all! First-ever post by a naive undergrad!

I will applying for Ph.D. programs this fall (I'll be a senior) and just want to know where I stand a chance/if y'all have any suggested programs.

I'd like to focus on virology research and vaccine/biologics design. The institutions that are strongest in this are all super competitive, I think, which is scary. . .

Undergrad University - Medium-sized, unremarkable state school (top 100 US News, I think)
Undergrad Major - Microbiology
Undergrad GPA - 3.79
Research Experience - Will have 3 years total by the time I graduate, in a number of different projects, including:

2 years + 1 summer fellowship in bacterial molecular genetics/functional genomics
summer fellowship in HIV vaccine design at a "top" institution
international summer fellowship in innate immunity/vaccine design at at "top" European institution
honors senior thesis in innate immunity and biomaterials integration (starting this fall)

GRE scores - will take in late August. They'll probably be exceptionally average, admittedly : )

Additional - No publications (might get one coathorship before submitting apps); a few posters/presentations (1 co-author poster at national conference); Goldwater Scholarship

Prospective Graduate Schools - ?? Rockefeller, Harvard, Duke, UCSF. . .don't really know

Thanks, guys!
