I Am Compleatly Lost

There are a few things about my financial aid that i can not figure out.

First, i got sent an email today which says asked if i sent in my award letter. I got a letter from the school about a month ago outlining how much i would get in aid and i sent that back to them. Was that the award letter?

Second, I do not know if my aid went through yet. On the billing screen on my university's website, it says the follow about my financial aid status:

Depending on the type of financial aid, a standard set of requirements may need to be met to obtain the aid you are qualified for. Any requirements which you have yet to meet are listed under Outstanding. Any requirements you have satisfied display under Completed. By clicking on any Outstanding Requirement that is underlined, you will be able to download the document necessary for you to complete or you will be taken to another page where you can satisfy the requirement.

Unsatisfied Requirements Outstanding Requirement Status Fund
Promissory Note Not Signed Direct Loan - PLUS
Promissory Note Not Signed Direct Loan - Subsidized
Promissory Note Not Signed Direct Loan - Unsubsidized

Note: Please call or email the Financial Aid Office if you want to respond to a message, need information or ask a question.

Returned Award Letter Satisfied

It also says that i do not have any outstanding bills to pay.

Third, my financial aid summery says that i get $3100 in personal expenses. Do they give me that money at some point and if so, when? I sent in that letter that the school sent me about a month ago.

Sounds like you did not sign your promissory note for your loans yet and if you click on it, it will send you to the link to do so. Did you try it?

I suggest a call to your school's financial aid office to double check if they have your documents if they are sending you letters after it shows up online.
