Right now I have written down
AP Lit
AP Calc
AP Bio
Newspaper II
However I’m not sure if I should take AP European History or AP Art History (I don’t see myself pursuing anything professional in art, but I do enjoy it) and I’m not sure what I should do about my electives. Honors Anatomy or Health Science would be helpful I guess, I really don’t want to be stressed all year though
I would take a foreign language but I took French 1 and 2 then this year Japanese 1 (scheduling conflict) and would take French 3 but I’m not sure about the new teacher plus I took a year off…
I am lost please advise me College Confidential
Okay, here’s my advice for you.
1.) What do you want to major in? That should assist you a little bit with the battle between electives.
2.) Personally, I would take AP Euro to get a social science. Some colleges do not take the credit for AP Art History. Also look at the colleges you want to go to and see their transfer policy.
3.) I would take French III. Get a prep book, brush up on your skills. Most colleges want to see 3 years of the same FL, most of them actually recommend 4.
You need a 3rd year of a language for any competitive college, so take French 3.
Take either AP Art History or AP Euro, depending on what you like, what other students are saying about the classes, and which teacher is the better one
