Well on wednesday it says I got into indiana. At first i was jumping up and down. I could not believe i got into kelley.... until I come here and realize that being accepted with your Business major doesnt mean your into the business college .....

:(. So i am now screwed,

NOT in top 10%, only in top 25% and an act of 33.

Sigh, are there any exceptions to the top 10% and 3.5 GPA rule? Can they direct admit by reviewing your other stuff or is this just pure numbers.

My son was accepted into IU weeks before he got a letter from Kelley, but then, I think letters just went out a week or so ago.

I think the university accepts you and then they send the business major applications to Kelley for further review. You may not hear for a couple of weeks, and with the holidays, it may delay things further.

I believe the minimum requirements are 29 on the ACT, and either top 10% of your class OR 3.5 gpa.

If you have a 3.5 GPA or higher, then your class rank doesn't matter. They will admit you. Your letter will come a while later from the admissions packet. It's automatic with a 3.5 and a 29. It's solely numbers based.
