I’ve made good grade all through school until I hit high school. I did okay freshman year and some how go away with a 90 average. Now they have given all of the students in my county who got a certain score on the standardized tests last year the option to move to a S.T.E.M. school that they have built. Since I have a extreme obsession with math and science, I went. This was the decision that ruined my life. The teachers there are terrible. They don’t teach us anything. We are all failing multiple classes. I took all honors except for lit and 1 A.P. class last year. This year, I take all honors and 1 A.P. I don’t want to leave this school, because we get more opportunities to do things than we would at our other school, but now in failing two classes and my average is an 81 for this year. I want to go to either NYU or UGA for undergrad and MIT or Emory for grad. I have not really decided what I want to be yet, but I have decided that I want to go to those colleges and not live on the street. Do I have a chance at gettin into a good school? I also have many skills. I play several instruments and play soccer. I speak English and Spanish fluently. I can code. I am in model UN, symphonic band, marching band, jazz band, HOSA, science olympiad, Beta Club, and Spanish Club. Does any of that help? How likely am I to get into a good college? I do not want to live on a bench in Savannah.
I also know how to code.
