I’m a junior and just finished my finals. I am going to finish with a 3.6 UC gpa this semester. Next semester, I am aiming for 3.8 or 4.0.

My UC gpa last year was a 3.3.

Will I be able to get into the lower-tier UC’s such as Riverside, Santa Cruz, or Merced?

My other stats are
:
final UC gpa will be around 3.6
26 ACT
1 year yearbook academic advisor
1 year business manager
2 years youth group singer
2 years of a community service club
350 hours at library and with the community service club
job 20 hours/week
essays will be alright

Are you in state? Must not be, since it's a ridiculous question if you are. So assuming you're OOS, then I think you are in at Riverside and Merced and most likely in at SC.

Uhh, i am in-state. Plus doesn't matter. In fact, in-state and out-state have the same acceptance rate. Plus, this year, the UC's are considering accepting a lot more out-of-state applicants this year since they bring in more money. I just want to know because of rising competition.

if you're in state, then you're guaranteed a spot at one of the schools, because you are eligibe

One of your three listed schools will admit you. No need to fret.

yea you'll get in at least one, if not all of those schools
don't worry

Try for UCI and UCD, you never know these days! Retake ACT and SAT. That will help.
