When I got to the page that says, a few campuses like UCSD and UCLA were greyed out saying "Campus is closed to your level". What does that mean? I am not able to check off the boxes for them.

The very first page asked, "How many college/university units do you plan to complete before you enroll at UC?", and I answered, "90 semester/135 quarter units or more (senior transfer)", because I currently have more than 90 semester units at a cc and I've been attending only community college since high school graduation... what is going on? There was a limit to how many units you can take?? My counselor and everyone were fine that I had that many units. Do everyone need to apply as a junior transfer regardless of the units they have?

I am freaking out!! Please I desperately need help!!!!

Yes, you are supposed to apply as a junior transfer. You only have to apply as a senior transfer if you have 90+ units AND you’ve taken classes at a four year university. Since you’ve only taken community college classes after high school, you should apply as a junior transfer. It doesn’t matter if you have 90+ units that are only from a community college. Select the option to apply as a junior transfer. You’ll be fine.

You need to go back and select 60-89 semester units. You cannot transfer more than 70 units as a cc transfer. So even if you have more than 70 units, only 70 of your units will transfer to the UC.

And as knhofto said, only 70 semester units can be transferred from a CC to a UC, which would mean that you’d have to apply as a junior transfer even if you’ve completed 130 units or something at a community college.
