I am FREAKING OUT

so Im a transfer student and I’m transferring to a Cal State in the Fall. I somehow got in with a 2.5 GPA. I have already completed the "Golden Four"courses which are requirements for transfers and I competed them all with an A. Im currently taking 6 classes (18 units) and in 3 of them I have A’s and in 2 of them I have B’s but i’m taking an art history class which is not a requirement for CSU’s and I’m currently not passing it. For CSU’s they say that you have to maintain at least a 2.0 GPA and get a C- or better in the golden four courses. I’m failing the class because of unexpected and uncontrollable circumstances and I’m really really nervous that they’re going to revoke my acceptance. Should I be worried? Should I email admissions? What the hell should I do???

Email admissions right away, explaining the circumstances that were out of your control.

The first thing you should do when you are struggling in a class is to talk to the professor.
