I am going to mail myself in a crate to the admission office of Harvard.

If that doesn't get me in, I don't know what will. I will pop out of the crate as a surprise when the admission officer reviews my application. He will be so amazed by me that he will accept right there on the spot...or call the cops.

Anyway, that is one option, or I could always just use a normal online app.

But I do have a few questions:

1.) My guidance counselor is responsible for a lot of students and thus doesn't know me (and many other students) personally. So how will she be able to accurately fill out the recommendation form?

2.) Is my SAT score of 2110 a competitive SAT score for NYU Stern?

3.) I'm half-man, half-amazing, so what race should I fill in for the college applications?

Thanks for the answers.

lol, funniest thread I've read in a while.

For that, I'll try and help you with your quesions:

1) Give your counselor your resume or a list of what you would like him/her to mention in the rec form (unusual circumstances, etc.) Definitely set up a time to chat with him/her as well.

2) Yes, very, in fact

3) You should put "other" ;)

1) same situation for me. you should have a brag sheet to do, and give the GC a resume along with a list of colleges, anything that would help her get to know you.

2) dunno, but i'd say so

3) sorry, i couldn't hear you over the sound of me being awesome.
