I am in a disperate need to rise my grammar level

hey guys, i want to get 800 in the writing section but i need to rise my grammar level.

i need books that focus on grammar only for the writing section ..:D:D:

anyone have had any experience suggests me any books

thank you

In order to RAISE your grammar level, I would recommend reading Kaplan’s Writing Workbook. A few days ago, it was available for free download. Other than that, after you raise your score substantially by learning the most commonly tested grammar rules, read Silverturtle’s Grammar Guide. (Personally, I took an SAT class to improve my writing score and practiced every week up to my SAT.)

Here’s how I did it:

Buy the blue book

Take all grammar sections

Review answers online. The College Board website has explanations for both wrong and right answers. Learn ** why ** a right answer is correct and why a wrong answer is wrong.

Continue to take the tests.

You will then be able to spot errors. Someone told me this and I thought he was full of it, but once I started to follow his advice grammar errors started to stick out. Good luck.

Raise not Rise! Rise doesn’t take an object;however, Raise does. take care, this type is a tricky one on the SAT writing section. I find Silverturtle’s Guide effective, you can find it on this forum. But you need to get used to the standardized questions of the blue book and to just spot the answer. check your mistakes on the college board’s website, and if you still don’t get something, just ask anyone at CC. best of luck. ;)
