It like the 17th and I still have not been called for my interview. Am i like the only one. does that mean that I have no chance of being admitted?

i havent been called yet either. it all depends on whether you had a summer interview and how many alums are in your area conducting interviews and how many alumi there are per applicant and all. dont worry about it. yet.

Ditto to what victoria said

And don't worry, I haven't been called either (nor have I gotten my snail mail notification). Keep in mind that interviews are not required and you're at no disadvantage if you don't have one. Furthermore, there's still time.

I haven't been called either.

Xuperdominican, you applied EA as well? Hmm... that makes three black applicants from CC.

I am hispanic. Dominican, its even in my name. I live in New york so I figure that there should be a lot of interviewers in this area. I went to Trinity for preview weekend and met quite a few students who had applied EA. I though their scores were going to be low but they were somewhat high. I am even freaking out more now.

Oh, Dominican can go both ways. What's Trinity?

Dominican... just relax. You were fretting over your SAT scores, now you're fretting over not being called. There's nothing you can do about either so just wait patiently. All of us want that interview...

Trinity College, Hartfort. That is where kids who are not ''gudd enuff'' for Yale go to. I went up to a random student in one of the classes I sat in and he told me that he got into Yale but did not go because he wanted to get away from his parents in New Haven.

Oh... You definitely should not believe that the EA pool is less competitive than the regular pool. If anything it is more competitive.

Last year the average accepted SAT score at Yale for EA applicants was 1490.

I haven't been contacted yet either.

I just got my call today, so don't fear guys.

I haven't been called yet either.

davidrune, do you know what the RD average was?

we all want a call. Calm down. please? I'll make brownies. :)

Mmm brownies :D

Maybe I should bake some cookies (to cure my boredom)...

And once again...we return to the topic of cookies after a haitus of a couple weeks. :) eh, I love cookies though!

ah, yes, anti-stress brownies and cookies.
i think we could all use some!

I just got an email today...now I feel like chucking cookies, not eating them.

 that's never good

Do you know what's good?

COOKIES
