they are Hotchkiss, Choate, Groton, Deerfield.</p>

<p>it really depends on how many kids decide to stay at hotchkiss and those who decide to go to another school</p>
<p>I think those are just very popular schools too apply to. They get so many applicants that no matter how strong you are, there is really a lot left to chance.</p>

<p>Ahhh don't worry, I got waitlisted at almost all the schools I applied to. It sucks, but first-tier schools are hard stuff. I'm pretty sure I know by now what exactly were my weak points :|</p>

I'm actually really happy I got into one school, and I'm 98% going, unless something really weird happens.</p>
<p>My daughter is also waitlisted at Groton and Hotchkiss, admitted to NMH. My niece and nephew were waitlisted at SPS (for 5th form), and one was denied at Deerfield, one waitlisted, and she was also waitlisted at Hotchkiss...let the waiting begin</p>
