I had my transcripts sent over to Texas A&M and they were delivered about a week ago. The problem is that it still hasn’t been added to my admission file and I am really horrified that I may miss the December 1 deadline. Does the university consider documents delivered to the Document Imagaing Specialist but not added to the file to be “on time” or will I miss out on this really important opportunity? 
I’m not an expert and I am sure others will confirm - but the deadline for supporting documents is December 8th. So I think you have wiggle room to figure this out. And A&M was always 2 days behind UTD is acknowledging the receipt of the application, text scores, and transcripts from my daughter.
I mean the December 1 deadline for scholarships.
@Le1Harsh Everything received is time and date stamped. It may not be input by the deadline (and that is fine) but it must be received by the deadline, whether it is the Dec 1 deadline for scholarships or Dec 8 for supporting documents.
Transcripts can take 3 weeks to process, as they all are reviewed by a transcript analyst.
Received on time is the deal or no deal.

FYI - I just saw on @aggiebound twitter feed that the deadline is actually 12/3/2018 @ 11:59 PM due to 12/1 falling on a Saturday.
@JaceyK Odd they would say Dec 3. The published date on website is Dec 8. http://admissions.tamu.edu/freshman/apply
I think she is talking about the December 1st deadline falling on a weekend so the application deadline is really Monday, December 3rd at 11:59pm. @Thelma2

The Fall Early Action Deadline for Engineering majors only is October 15.
Required documents for Fall will be accepted through December 8.
Spring application dates differ for incoming International Freshman.
If the deadline falls on a weekend, the application will remain open until 11:59 PM (CST) on the following Monday. This does not apply to the Early Action Deadline for engineering. Additional required documents will be accepted until 5:00pm (CST) on that Monday.
