I got a 207 on my PSAT, but I still have not received any letter from the collegeboard saying that I am commended. People told me that the letter should arrive by the end of April, but it is May already and I still don't have it. Am I supposed to get the letter from my school or my mailbox? Should I be worried that I still don't have the letter?

kevin, the letter should go to your school and your gc should give it to you to fill out with your choice of two schools. If you gc isn't investigating this for you, I'd recommend you call the NMS yourself asap: (847) 866-5100

kevin dont worry i got a 207 also and just got
my letter today at school

what was the cutoff?

was 207 the lowest number commended?

You should get it, if the PSAT is following a national cutoff score, because one of my friends got 207 and she's in. Of course, if it's by state-cutoff points, you might get in if you're in Mississippi or something. I got my letter from my counselor.

bigred: the commended cutoff is 203 this year. State cutoffs will come out in September.
