I am transferring from a Community College HELP!

<p>This is my first semester in a Community College.
I want to transfer to either:
University of Texas
Univeristy of North Texas
Texas State
Texas A&M</p>

<p>Most of the schools listed above you need 30 credit hours, when would be a good time to send in the application (without high school transcript) and is their any chances of being able to attend in the fall.</p>
