w. t. f.

10 char

***, seriously

10 char

huh?
this makes no sense.

I hope this is because you have had a really bad day and are thus making a very bad joke.

What the bleeding hell are you talking about?

there is a chance OP is on the level. Suppose a teacher said to a student: "write your own recommendation and include what you think are your strengths. I will use that to write mine." It could be an unusually enlightening excercise... not unlike the self examination that follows from the thought excercise: write your own epitaph to be engraved on your gravestone. What would you write?

huh? y doesnt it make sense?
wait *** this isnt a joke lol omg.
im wondering why everyone dont just write their own recommendations.

Wait, what?

Well ... if the OP is talking about what my school does (seniors have to write an essay about themselves, highlighting specific stuff like grades, personality traits, etc.) and the counselor uses it to write his/her recommendation, then basically everything good about yourself.

uhh not quite. im writing my own teachers recommendation. i was hoping more for advise on what it should look like and structure wise not whats, and ***s and stuff.

In some schools in Singapore, students really do draft their own testimonials, after which teachers edit it.

The OP never mentioned that he/she is writing for the teacher... He said he was writing his own recommendation and was wondering why everyone doesn't do the same.

Either this is a stupid troll thread or you're just psychotic enough not to have the slightest sense of what is morally right.

Here's a tip. Why don't you write your counselor's rec, get someone to take your SAT and ACT, photoshop your transcript, and create a entire fiction book's worth of extracurriculars. That should get you where you want to go...

Uh.......

I don't understand this thread at all.. In my school you write brag sheets and resumes to give to teachers and guidance counselors just to help a bit, but that's not the same as writing the entire thing..

i am as confused as everyone else basically... writing you own rec and sending it in to university. people don't write their own recs because no one in their right mind would write a bad report on themselves .... therefore it would be really biased.

rofl, no op is talking about writing his own teacher recommendation instead of having a teacher write it for him/her. op states it in a previous post.

i would really love to snitch on you for being so immoral and screwing with other people's chances to get into the same colleges. you should be ashamed.

You can get arrested for fraud, you know.

gogogo OP!

ROW ROW FIGHT THE POWER!

to hell with this damned education system!

f u OP if ur cheating. otherwise plz explain

why do you all care so much, it's not like he's writing you guys' reccomendation and screwing you all over. he's gonna screw himself over. obviously he's not going to be taken seriously and not get in anywhere. my teacher wrote mine for me and it worked out great cuz i got in to my dream school, can u say hello community college for this retard?
