I ammm shakingggg

Soo i want to be a civil engineer major at either drexel, virginia tech, or penn state. My main problem is that i havent taken an advanced math class and only 1 advance science class.
I have still gotten As in all my math classes and science classes.
Math i have taken Algebra regents, geometry regents, trig regents, and next year i am taking college pre calc
Science i have taken, Bio regents, earth science Honors, Chem regents (i dropped honors bc i got the hardest teacher, and it would have killed my gpa), senoir year AP Phsyics

Did I totally f*** up in high school by not taking all honors math and sciences.
I hope that pushing myself senoir year will count.

PLZZ CHANCE MEE DONT JUST LOOK AND LAUGH BC I AM NOT GOING TO HARVARD OR COLUMBIA

Read the entire first post on the link below, and you might have your answer

bumpppppppppppppp

I have no idea what “regents” is, but I’d say you’re fine.

I take it you’re a junior in HS? If you take math courses next year you’ll be fine. Contrary to popular belief on internet forums, not every student that gets into engineering schools has taken AP calc/physics.

Of the programs you mentioned, Va Tech is the best, followed by Penn State. They both have good programs.

As long as your grades are good, you’ve got a decent chance. Any idea which discipline within civil you’d like to study?

PS Harvard doesn’t have a CivE program :)

bumppppppppppppp

This is not a yes/no type of question. I believe you have gotten the right help already. What’s the need to bump?
