I applied EA but the login portal says that my email isn't in the database

I applied EA and I received my portal link back in October. Everything worked perfectly fine. I just decided to log in to all my portals today and found the UNC one not working. Apparently my email (which I used for my application and the portal registration) isn’t in their database. I paid the application fee and sent test scores and everything else needed for the app (and the last time I checked they were marked received) but now they’re saying that my email doesn’t even exist in their database? What’s going on and how do I fix this?

Call them.

That happened to me and a few others. You can call or email admissions and they will fix it.
