I applied for transfer to CSUs. Now what?

I applied to SLO (Geography/Anthropology dual degree program), SFSU (Urban Studies and Planning, but I want to double major in USP and Geography if I go there), CSULB (Geography), and HSU (Geography). I'm a CC student applying for Fall 15, and my GPA is about 3.85 for transfer. Home county is Santa Clara.

Is there any other CSU I'd be good to apply for transfer to? I've looked at CPP and SDSU, but I would have to make too many changes in my class selections for the rest of this year for either to be practical, so those are off the list. SJSU is not under consideration. Other than those, I'm really not sure what might be a good idea. I do have graduate school ambitions, and cost is a major issue from me. I'm trying to minimize what I spend as an undergraduate so that I can manage the debt load if I have to borrow to pay for graduate school.

Now that I've applied, what happens next? HSU sent me login info for a student account and says that any documents they need will be posted there, but the account doesn't work. Already phoned them twice about it, not fixed yet. What documents can I expect they will ask for? Can I expect the other universities are going to do the same thing?

Am I going to have residency determination issues? I was born and raised in Santa Clara County, and graduated high school there, then left California for 4 years. I lived with my mother in Colorado until I was 20 1/2, then moved to Montana. I came back to California in July 2013, and started at my CC in September 2013. I received AB540 status, so my CC considers me a non-resident of California but charges me the resident rate, and I get state financial aid. I have one parent in Colorado (who had full custody of me when I was under 18) and one in California, and I live with my grandmother. My first year at CC the parent in CO was on FAFSA, this year it is the parent here in CA. In April 2015 I turn 24, so my parents' finances are getting reported to universities at all. Am I likely to be classified resident or non-resident by universities? SFSU admissions guessed resident, but said each school does it differently. Does my classification matter for admissions purposes?

You can get into any CSU. Also you have been in California over a year so you will be a resident.
