I BEG OF YOU ! Help Me ! Please give me tips on improving my SAT score!?

I need to get a higher score or I wont be able to reach my dreams . I have been getting a 1300-1400 through out 3 sat practice tests and I haven't been improving what so ever . I need to get at least a 2000. I have until June to improve my scores but I am probably going to be very busy with school work . I am not a talented student and I suck at studying in general .

I have a pretty low reading rate , I don't have good writing skills , and I really sucked at math my whole life . I have a bunch of books I got from my library but I am sure I will not learn well from them since I am not a quick learner . Please help give me sat tips and strategies on how to work faster on the sat . One of my biggest problems is my speed . I have asked some of my friends on how to improve my sat score but all they tell me is READ and honestly that's getting me nowhere at improving my reading rate. I heard knowing the strategy of the test can help you raise your score by 200 points so I've taken 3 sat practice tests and i am still getting within the same score range of 1400-1300 . All Ive learned from taking these 3 practice tests is that the easy math questions are in the begging and that's it . I am not even sure on how to attack the questions in Critical Reading .

I mostly care about my critical reading and math section scores since they are the most crucial for college admissions.

-
Please don't tell me I need a tutor and leave it at that. I cant afford it .
My dream is to become a doctor in the future but I only have a 2.7 gpa and the only leverage I have for volunteer work is winning 2 NJ Jefferson Awards for creating this fire safety educational project during my freshman year. I haven't done anything else that time .I am really depending on this score.

Thank You .

Oh yeah . I heard knowing the patterns of the test in the math section and critical reading can easily increase your score but i dont know what these patterns are . If someone can give me a link to a site that helps me out with the strategies would be awesome .
