<p>I would be surprised if they didn't. Customer service of some companies keep detailed lists of callers and their complaints.</p>

<p>Yeah, I had phone sex with a guy named "Rob" and my score report online went from a 1840 to a 1940 because I got him to go into the DB (database) and change my 540 writing to a 640. Well worth it.</p>
